Join Remco A leader in the warehousing & transportation industry as a Rates & Pricing Analyst where you will be supporting our incredible pricing team with maintaining accuracy of pricing & assisting our amazing clients with their pricing inquires. **JOB DUTIES**: - Input customers rates in Truck Mate system, working closely with the Billing Department to maintain those rates and are applied accurately. - Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of customer rates by performing audits on new rate packages before going live as well as performing audits on existing rate packages. - Customer Service (Inside Sales): Obtain information from potential customers that call in enquiring about Remco’s service and relay information to Sales for follow up. - Handle rate inquires from customers, prepare the immediate requests in the form of "Spot Quotations". Prepare "Regular Quotations" for Sales & Customers based on criteria established - Responsible for Remco cash orders. Rate orders prior to pick up or delivery as these are orders where shipper or consignee does not have an account. Also treat as potential sales lead and pass information on to Sales. - Work with the Pricing Co-ordinator to set-up the "special" orders, i.e. Trade Show Shipments, Salesmen’s shows and track with Customer Service downstairs. Cost out special moves and provide customer with rates. - Assist billing for freight shipped to offline points. - Prepare rate comparisons, spreadsheets, cost analysis, etc. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**: - Excellent computer skills (Intermediate to Expert level required) - Microsoft Word, Excel, Truck mate, and the Internet related to transportation.
