**About Us**:
**TST-CF Express** is Canada's leading provider of time sensitive, less than truckload (LTL) North American transportation services. Since 1928, we've offered unparalleled quality service and customer support, while utilizing the most current technology available to the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Foreign Exchange (Weekly)
- Fuel Updates (As Required, Weekly, Monthly, etc.)
- Fuel Comparisons (Weekly)
- Dockets (Daily, as they come)
- Loading rates from excel file/rate request
- Recording and filing tariff dockets (maintenance of Customer file records)
- Rate Uploads
- Create rate sheets in excel (which requires determining and removing all duplicates)
- Provide transits when requested/required
- Reviewing/updating pro bills as requested (rate errors, fuel errors, etc.)
- Imaging
- Tariff Purge (Monthly)
- Special Projects
- Process GRI requests
- Interline City Payouts
- Checking the NMFC website for new supplements and update in Oasis when they are posted
- Maintenance (As needed/required)
- Contracts (Monthly)
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- This position is an entry level position,
- **Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**:

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and a desire to continually improve
- Energetic, creative thinker with a competitive desire to continually meet goals and exceed expectations.
