**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Admin who is also experienced with warehouse admin to join our dynamic team.
**Customer Service**:
- Provide accurate and timely response to all customer inquiries coming into the Customer Support Center. Forward technical requests to technical service specialists for handling, forward scheduling issues to the Regional scheduling teams and present any significant customer issues to the Technical support manager.
- Order entry: enhance the customer service process through efficient and accurate order entry.
- Process customer quotes and purchase orders for parts and services.
- Provide information to customers, sales, and distributors regarding pricing, shipments, backorders, stock status, or other general inquiries.
- Monitor blanket orders to ensure orders are processed and done timely.
- Answer incoming customer service telephone calls from the 800 number and direct extension, and promptly return all calls.
- Utilize the SOP and Service module to process sales orders, create back orders, invoice orders, and create RMAs for returns
**Regional Stocking Facility**:
- Perform accurate and timely pick, pack and ship functions related to orders shipped from the regional stocking facility.
- Maintain and review inventory levels with the National Consumables Sales manager to attain product turn and accuracy objectives.
Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
