**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments
- Assisting clients with intake forms and EMR document scanning
- Direct billing: MVA, WCB, and private insurance
- Processing and entering client payments
- Liaising with insurance adjusters, WCB case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining client records and progress tracking
- General clinic cleaning and support duties as needed
- Supporting therapists with administrative tasks

**What We’re Looking For**
**Required**:

- Medical Office Assistant diploma or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Comfortable with early mornings and/or evening shifts (5 days/week)
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, friendly, and professional
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal training
- Strong confidentiality and discretion

**Preferred Assets**:

- Experience with EMR systems (especially Practice Perfect)
- Knowledge of direct billing, MVA, and WCB procedures
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication

**Work Schedule**
- **Opening Shift**: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- **Closing Shift**: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- **Midday Shifts**: As needed (e.g., 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- **Saturday Shift**: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (on rotation or as needed)
