**Essential Functions**
- Deliver high quality services through excellent relationships with youth, staff and volunteers.
- Consistent communication with staff, volunteers, and participants.
- Supervise youth and provide positive influence and support for youth who attend programming.
- Provide opportunities for youth to learn and develop in spirit, mind and body. Consistently represent YMCA’s values and mission, encourage a healthy lifestyle, participation of others by helping out by their respective means, enrich the quality of programs and services.

**What You'll Need**
- Minimum 18+ years of age
- High School Education or equivalent is an asset
- Complete additional training within 3 months of hire
- Certifications: Standard First Aid & CPR-C
- Able to obtain a Police Information Check and Vulnerable sector check
