**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Awake Overnight Youth Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the safety, healthy growth, and development of young individuals, addressing their unique needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement programs that support youth in building social, life, and work skills.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with families and community resources to enhance youth development.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to help youth achieve their personal goals.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and track progress.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of youth within the community.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
- Housekeeping activities, Food Preparation, Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- **Qualifications**:

- Completion of High School, Post Secondary diploma or degree in Social Work, Child and Youth Care, or a related field of Human Services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
- Completed CPR and Standard First Aide Certificate, Current Criminal Record check (Abstract) and Child Welfare Intervention Check.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Passion for youth empowerment and community service.
