Member Services Assistant

**The Opportunity**
**Key Duties**
- Act as the first point of contact at the club by greeting and assisting all members and guests in a manner that is inclusive, welcoming and authentic
- Support business development and member sales, carry out site visits with prospective clients and assist with member onboarding and offboarding
- Responsible for opening and/or closing duties of the club
- Assisting the Member Services Team with boardroom booking inquiries
- Preparing and serving coffee and tea service to members throughout the day
- Ensuring the club is clean and presentable at all times
- Serving alcohol from our KWENCH bar on an as-needed basis
**What We Look For**
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative role
- Accounts Payable experience is an asset
- Serving It Right Certification is an asset (or willing to get the certification)
- Personable and a genuine people person
- Self-starter, able to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment where responsibility and deliverables may change
- Excellent organizational skills, someone who is reliable and accountable
- Available to work full-time (30+hrs/week) with flexibility to work mornings, days, evenings and weekends
