Member Service Representative
for our
Hillside Service Location.
This contract is anticipated to end on October 31, 2026
As a
Member Service Representative,
your part of the Member-facing team that delivers exceptional Member experiences every time. You are the first and last impression for every Member who enters and leaves our Service location. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering amazing Member experiences by identifying Member needs and seamlessly directing Service Location customer flow.
Who you are
:
- You're passionate about delivering exceptional Member experiences.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You're an analytical thinker with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- A fast-paced environment with shifting priorities is no problem for you.
What you'll do:
- Engage and welcome incoming Members and proactively coordinate appointments with the Advisors to ensure an ideal waiting experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls, making outbound calls to confirm appointments and monitor the Service Location email account.
- Enhances Member value by promoting BCAA Membership, products and services
- Process payments and documents.
What you bring:
- Completion of Grade 12.
- At least two years' experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or hospitality.
- Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bonus qualifications
- CAIB certification or knowledge of ICBC systems.
- Ability to speak other languages aside from English.
The hourly rate range for this position is $21.23 to $26.54 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position may be eligible for a performance bonus target of 10%, with the opportunity to earn up to 17%.
