**About Home Again**

Home Again Seniors Transition Services is an established downsizing, move management and estate services company who primarily works with seniors. Our team handles every aspect of a transition — from downsizing, packing/unpacking to preparing homes for sale, auctions and move out cleaning.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking two reliable, detail-oriented **Cleaning Team Members** to join our growing team on a casual basis. This role focuses on **move-out and pre-sale cleaning** of residential homes following downsizing or transition projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and other team members to ensure homes are left spotless, market-ready, and up to Home Again’s professional standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes after move-outs, including:

- Dusting, vacuuming, washing floors
- Cleaning kitchens, appliances, and bathrooms
- Wiping down baseboards, doors, and spot cleaning walls
- Removing debris, stickers, and surface marks as needed
- Prepare homes for sale by ensuring a polished, “move-in ready” presentation
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists provided by Home Again
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and coworkers
- Occasionally assist with basic post-move organization or light staging tasks
- Use the upmost care in our client’s homes

**Qualifications**
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred (move-out cleaning experience an asset)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to various work sites across Greater Victoria (you will be transporting supplies so a car is necessary)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, reaching, standing)
- Excellent time management skills; able to work independently and as part of a team
- Respectful, trustworthy, and client-focused — representing the Home Again brand with care

**Position Details**
- **Type**: Casual / On-Call (hours vary based on project schedule) Could be 1-3 days per week
- **Compensation**: $25 per hour
- **Start Date**: As soon as possible
- **Equipment & Supplies**: All cleaning supplies and tools provided by Home Again
