**About Us**

**Cyber-Seniors is a non-profit organization that provides tech-training for senior citizens using an intergenerational volunteer model. Students (high school, university, and college) and tech savvy individuals of all ages are trained to become technology mentors. Older adults are provided with tech-training in both group and individual sessions that are supervised by our expert technology instructors. The results are enriched intergenerational communities that keep people of all ages socially connected and engaged. Participants in the program find a welcoming intergenerational community that increases their well-being and offers them opportunities to engage while embracing technology.**
- **Plan and schedule virtual tech, social and volunteer sessions bi-weekly**
- **Supervise daily technology and social sessions via Zoom**
- **Assign and communicate with volunteers about upcoming sessions and volunteer opportunities**
- **Assign and check learning material developed by volunteer mentors or co-op students**
- **Occasionally create learning materials where needed**
- **Edit daily tech webinar recordings or delegate editing to volunteers so content can be posted to our site**
- **Coordinate with co-op students’ facilitators to provide work opportunities to co-op students**
- **Work with team to review and manage existing training materials and videos**

**Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in English and French required, bilingual preferred**
- **Excellent oral and written communication skills**
- **Experience developing and delivering educational programming**
- **Teaching and/or customer service experience**
- **Good working knowledge of current tech devices and services**
- **Well-versed in hosting Zoom meetings**
- **Advanced Google Slides skills**
- **Experience working with seniors and/or teenagers**
- **Video editing skills a bonus**

**Salary: $45,000**

**Location: Remote (work from home) - our hours of operation as a company are in EST. Your work day will typically start at 8am PST**
