Vancouver, Canada Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant Full time

Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant is looking for an awesome customer service superstar to join our team. This position includes working as a host and at the bakery / cafe part of our restaurant. Greeting guests, seating them at the table, selling sourdough breads, pastries, packing takeout orders, taking reservations etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Prepare bills accurately and collect payments
- Taking and updating reservations
- Packing takeout orders

**Requirements**:

- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
- Serve it Right certificate

Nice-to-have:

- Knowledge of Ukrainian language, culture and cuisine or willingness to learn

Previous work experience involving customer service is greatly appreciated, but not required - we'll provide all the necessary training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
