Our airworthiness/maintenance team is seeking an **Airworthiness Administrative Assistant** for our team. This full time position includes a generous benefit plan and a competitive compensation package. We are located at the Edmonton International Airport.

Key responsibilities to assist the Airworthiness Administrator which can include:

- Ensure that aircraft technical records are correctly filed and retained in proper order;
- Track maintenance publication subscriptions and ensure that electronic records in the Technical Publications Libraries are maintained to the current revision;
- Prepare monthly timesheets for all maintenance staff;
- Archive the Aircraft Technical Records documentation;
- Liaise with Transport Canada and other regulatory bodies;
- Liaise with Aircraft Manufacturers;
- Review Maintenance Contracts for renewal and enrollment;
- Review Airworthiness dept invoices and clear discrepancies.

Areas to assist as required:

- Inventory and shop supply receiving;
- Heavy and/or delicate parts shipping;
- Inventory control using inventory software.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Quantum experience is an asset;
- Working knowledge of aircraft flight operations is an asset;
- Experience working in an airline operations environment generating and analyzing data for management is an asset;
- Airline safety experience and knowledge of aviation safety management principles is an asset;
- Knowledge of the principles and concepts of quality assurance is an asset;
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work occasional weekends;
- Must possess a valid Driver’s license and a vehicle;
