**Tes responsabilités clés**:
Ingénierie des prompts & développement du copywriting
Créer et adapter des prompts pour générer du contenu clair, cohérent et engageant.
Produire et réviser des messages bilingues (FR/EN) alignés avec la marque, la stratégie client et les canaux.
Ajuster les prompts pour chaque étape du parcours client, selon les segments et les spécificités des canaux.
✍️ Édition et revue de qualité
Revoir tous les contenus générés par IA pour garantir leur précision, clarté, conformité légale et alignement avec la marque.
Livrer des copies finales prêtes à être intégrées dans des workflows personnalisés.
Optimisation continue
Participer aux tests A/B pour améliorer la performance des contenus.
Analyser les résultats des campagnes pour affiner l'efficacité des prompts et maximiser leur impact sur l'engagement et la conversion.
Maintenir et enrichir une bibliothèque de templates de prompts et de bonnes pratiques.
Collaboration
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes stratégie, personnalisation, déploiement, design et analytique pour garantir une cohérence dans les parcours client.
Documenter les processus et partager les bonnes pratiques pour augmenter l'efficacité de la création de contenu.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Prompt Engineering & Copy Development
Create and adapt prompts to generate clear, coherent, and engaging content.
Produce and edit bilingual messages (FR/EN) aligned with brand voice, client strategy, and specific channels.
Adjust prompts for each stage of the customer journey, based on segments and channel-specific needs.
✍️ Editing & Quality Review
Review all AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, legal compliance, and brand consistency.
Deliver polished final copies ready to be integrated into personalized workflows.
Continuous Optimization
Participate in A/B testing to improve content performance.
Analyze campaign results to refine prompt effectiveness and boost engagement and conversion.
Maintain and enrich a library of prompt templates and best practices.
Collaboration
