The** Bilingual Search Engine Optimization Specialist**role is highly collaborative, with a focus on **creating engaging, well-performing content** to increase **on-page performance** and reach customers at critical points throughout the customer journey. This role requires someone very comfortable with **experimentation**, **understanding customer intent, performance analysis of content through Google Analytics**, and a desire to **engage and educate customers**. This role requires someone with an exceptional eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to self-manage multiple projects and timelines. This role also requires someone who can take feedback in stride and understands the need for an in-depth editing process. This role offers the opportunity for the successful applicant to **grow both their skills and career based on successful performance and a willingness to learn.**

**Requirements**:

- A strong grasp of the fundamentals of SEO
- Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Fluent in French and English
- Copywriting experience in an E-commerce environment
- Strong technical aptitude for learning new tools & platforms, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Expert working knowledge of Google Analytics
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting

**Nice to have**:

- Experience working with A/B testing tools
- Experience or knowledge in the field of Health and Safety
- Working knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems
- Recent experience using Google Analytics
- Experience working with eCommerce products and tools

**Your role will be primarily focused on the following**:
**Creating Engaging and Effective Content (50%)**:

- Creating high-performing product page copy
- Learning Worksite’s products front to back
- Maintaining & optimizing existing copy through constant experimentation

**Experimentation (35%)**:

- Testing new product page copy to optimize effectiveness
- Finding new ways to engage with Worksite’s wide variety of customers

**Professional Development (15%)**
- Participating in Worksite Safety's training programs to gain first-hand experience with the product catalogue, market, and the problems that those products solve for our end-users
