**Role Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Brand and creative copywriting: Create creative campaign copy for all brand touchpoints, ensuring the brand voice and tone are consistent, as well as assisting the brand manager in developing best practices and style guides.
- Website content management: Write and optimize website content in alignment with SEO best practices, as well as relevant product descriptions (creative and informative).
- Social and paid media: Craft engaging copy for paid advertisement assets (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Blog content creation: Maintain and update the company blog with fresh, relevant content including articles, health tips, and recipes that align with our brand voice and mission.
- Product packaging and promotional materials: Write copy for product packaging, marketing inserts, brochures and other promotional materials, ensuring that all messaging is consistent, informative, and customer-focused.
- Proofreading and editing: Proofread and edit existing content to ensure accuracy, tone consistency, and grammatical precision, maintaining high-quality standards across all copy.
- Translation: Translate all copy from English to French, ensuring consistency in tone, and accuracy in both languages.
**Qualifications**
- University degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar copywriting role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital content creation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) with experience creating content in both languages.
- Experience or interest in the CPG industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

**Principales responsabilités**
- **Campagnes courriel et SMS** : Développer des textes convaincants pour les infolettres, les campagnes promotionnelles et les flux automatisés, en mettant l'accent sur la rétention des clients, la conversion et la fidélité à la marque.
- **Médias sociaux et publicités** : Rédiger des textes engageants pour les publicités payantes (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.), afin d'accroître la notoriété de la marque et d'attirer de nouveaux clients.
- **Création de contenu pour le blogue** : Maintenir et mettre à jour le blogue de l'entreprise avec du contenu frais et pertinent, notamment des articles, des conseils et des recettes, alignés avec la voix et la mission de notre marque.
- **Emballage des produits et matériel promotionnel** : Rédiger des textes pour l'emballage des produits, les encarts marketing et autres matériels promotionnels, en veillant à ce que tous les messages soient cohérents, informatifs et centrés sur le client.
- **Correction et révision** : Relire et réviser les contenus existants pour garantir leur exactitude, leur cohérence de ton et leur précision grammaticale, tout en maintenant des normes élevées pour tous les textes.
- **Supervision des traductions** : Superviser la traduction des documents marketing de l'anglais au français, en veillant à la cohérence du ton et à l'exactitude dans les deux langues.
**Qualifications**
- Diplôme universitaire en communications, marketing ou un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire de rédaction, avec un portfolio solide démontrant une expertise en création de contenu numérique.
- Capacité prouvée à gérer plusieurs projets dans des délais serrés et à s'adapter rapidement aux priorités changeantes.
