Stolk Construction is currently recruiting a passionate recruiter with a strong onboarding and administrative background who shares our mission and principles. Their overall responsibilities will be to work alongside the Director of Operations and HR Consultant.

**Overall expectations**:
- Be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of recruitment including but not limited to interviewing, orientation and onboarding
- Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment: create and manage job postings, pre-screen applicants, interviews (phone, virtual and in-person), reference checks, selection, contract preparation (template provided), pre-employment training and licensing and any other unique requirements needed
- Confer with management on personnel needs and work with the team to develop strategic HR recruiting plans
- Recommend incentives that are relevant to job seekers
- Represent Stolk Construction in the community for the purpose of recruiting including but not limited to college fairs and job fairs
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of the HR department
- Completion of necessary record keeping and milestones
- Assist with writing policies
- Write HR related memos to different members of the team grounded in respect, tact and diplomacy
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-year proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organization and presentation skills
- Active listener
- Able to excel in high pressure situations.
- Innovative thinker
- College or University Degree
**Job Type**:
Full time
**Expected Remuneration**:
$45,000 - $55,000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
