**The Job**
You will be the first point of contact for our donors, members, and the public. You will provide the highest level of customer service and support, answering routine inquiries, and resolving issues around membership, donations, and tax receipts. You will work closely with Party members, donors, and members of the public to ensure they have a positive experience with the Conservative Party of Canada.
**What we’re looking for**
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be positive, professional, courteous, and service-oriented. You must possess strong investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow a problem through to its conclusion.
You must be a team player and have the ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships. You must be familiar with the Canadian federal political system and the principles, policies, and supportive of the Conservative Party of Canada.
You must also demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and take initiative with a hands-on style. You must be able to give and receive feedback and exercise sound professional judgment.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and can work full or part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you have experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, CIMS, or Prompt, that's a plus, but not required.

**Le poste**
Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos donateurs, nos membres et le public. Vous fournirez le plus haut niveau de service et de soutien à la clientèle, en répondant aux demandes de renseignements courantes et en résolvant les problèmes liés à l'adhésion, aux dons et aux reçus aux fins de l'impôt. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les membres du Parti, les donateurs et les membres du public pour veiller à ce qu'ils aient une expérience positive avec le Parti conservateur du Canada.
À ce titre, vous serez chargé(e) de recevoir les demandes et les commentaires des membres et du public par téléphone et par courriel. Vous rédigerez la correspondance courante en réponse aux communications écrites et reçues par la poste ainsi que celles électroniques. Vous suivrez et signalerez les questions importantes posées par les membres du Parti, les donateurs et le public. Vous mettrez à jour les bases de données des donateurs et des membres en fonction des besoins. Vous recommanderez également des améliorations et participerez à des sessions de formation si nécessaire.
**Ce que nous recherchons**
Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devez avoir d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, être positif, professionnel, courtois et orienté vers le service. Vous devez posséder de solides compétences en matière d'enquête et de résolution de problèmes, et être capable de faire le suivi d’une question litigieuse jusqu'à sa conclusion.
Vous devez avoir l'esprit d'équipe et être capable d'établir des relations interpersonnelles efficaces. Vous devez connaître le système politique fédéral canadien ainsi que les principes, les politiques et appuyer le Parti conservateur du Canada.
Vous devez également démontrer votre capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide, faire preuve d’autonomie et prendre des initiatives en adoptant un style pratique. Vous devez être capable de donner et de recevoir des informations en retour et de faire preuve d'un jugement professionnel sûr.
Nous recherchons une personne flexible, capable de travailler à temps plein ou à temps partiel, y compris les soirs, les week-ends et les jours fériés. C’est un plus si vous avez de l'expérience avec _Salesforce_, _Microsoft Teams_, _CIMS_ ou _Promp_t, mais ce n’est pas une condition d’embauche.
