You will be responsible for greeting customers, collecting the required information to identify and define repair and maintenance needs, providing recommended maintenance services and scheduling the work's execution schedule, while ensuring quality customer service.

Experience as a Customer Service Representative is an asset.

Your strengths and qualifications:

- Perfectly bilingual (French and English);
- Direct selling experience (an asset);
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent planning and work organization skills;
- Able to multitask and focused on teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Advisor or Customer Service Representative

Training:

- Service Advisor training (An asset)

Vous serez responsable d’accueillir les clients, de recueillir l’information requise afin d’identifier et de définir les besoins de réparation et d’entretien, d’offrir des services d’entretien recommandés et de planifier l’horaire d’exécution des travaux, tout en assurant la qualité du service à la clientèle.

De l’expérience à titre de conseiller technique est un atout.

Vos forces et qualifications:

- Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais);
- Expérience en vente directe (un atout);
- Excellentes habiletés en service à la clientèle;
- Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et en communication;
- Excellentes habiletés en planification et en organisation du travail;
- Apte aux multitâches et axé sur le travail d’équipe.

Exigences:

- Minimum de 1 an d'expérience à titre de conseiller technique.

Formation:

- Formation de conseiller technique (Un atout)
