Records Assistant

We are excited to add a Records Assistant to our growing team.
**Job Description**:
The Records Assistant will be responsible for preparing documents for scanning, assisting with archiving scans, and will support the destruction of scanned files.
- Entering notes into the computer system/databases as required.
- Records management including processing, organizing, digitizing, auditing, classifying, storing, retrieving, and destroying inventory
- Other tasks to be assigned from time-to-time basis
- Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task
- Proficiency with navigating computer system
- Data entry skills( both speed and accuracy).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong in Microsoft Office Suite Skills
**Contract length**: 3 months
**Location**: Onsite -Kitchener
