Trinity Village/LHKW is seeking an Executive Assistant. This role is responsible for providing assistance and support to COO and the LHKW Board. The Executive Assistant will have a professional and positive impression when interacting with greeting residents, staff and visitors, ensuring that support tasks are run smoothly and efficiently with effective use of organizational, scheduling and administrative skills.

The person selected will be a person whose professionalism and experience will ensure the support provided is to the highest level of Executive Assistant Services.

The role will oversee the collection of data and metrics for the COO, prepare meetings and reports, teach and oversee Office 365 program, assist with compliance reports and audits.

The role requires post-secondary high school education and 3-5 years related experience in a similar role with a minimum 2 years experience supporting a board of directors in a not-for-profit organization.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
Post-Secondary Executive Assistant or Business Administration Education preferred or equivalent relevant working experience.
