**NUEWAL Inc. **is a manufacturer and distributor of integrated façade systems for the building envelope. We offer customers a complete system of premium quality and customized solutions for cladding and facade systems that can be supplied ready-to-install.
We are searching for a high performer and high achiever as a Sales Rep responsible for achieving sales targets according to company goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist to achieve monthly and annual sales and gross margin targets
- Grow and maintain existing account lists, and acquiring new clients
- Promote product lines to architects, designers, spec writers, installers, developers and contractors. And work towards having products specified in projects and generate sales
- Identify the top mixed-use and commercial based architectural firms and developers in the geographic market, and develop a strong relationship with key decision-makers to create and secure regional specifications for company products
- Set up trade shows, meetings, presentations, lunch & learns and coffee breaks to introduce NUEWAL brand/ product lines
- Plan, facilitate and conduct complex negotiations, typically over a long sales cycle
- Establish and maintain trustworthy relationship with Nuewal Inc. trade accounts
- Maintain the highest level of product and technical knowledge
- Provide technical support to clients when needed
- Monitor industry trends and pricing, develops and maintains knowledge of consumers and competitors
- Report directly to the manager
- Performing various duties as required
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of Building Supply Industry sales experience (is preferred)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication (written/verbal)
- Proven ability to effectively close sales
- University or college degree in a related field (is preferred)
- Above average computer skills, with extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
- Having some established contacts in the industry would also be a great asset
- A self-starter who is confidant, able to manage, plan and work with little supervision
- Ability to carry samples and marketing material, and must be able to lift and carry boxes of product regularly.
- Openness to accept new techniques in product knowledge, training and problem solving
- Valid drivers license and clean record
- Full proficiency in English (required)
- The job needs travel within Ontario to meet clients
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- North York, ON M3B 2R2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
