- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to their problems.
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
- Provide accurate information about the company's policies and procedures.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From $16.75 per hour
