Position: Corporate Sales Manager

Reports to: Director of Sales and Operations

Role Summary: The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of corporate and group sales strategies. This role builds and maintains high-value client relationships, and collaborates with the Community Initiatives Manager to strengthen brand presence. The Corporate Sales Manager ensures sales targets are met while fostering a culture of service excellence and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate accounts and group sales opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals and pricing for bulk or customized orders
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly follow up with leads
- Collaborate with internal teams (Merchandise, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and decision makers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Manage reorders and upselling opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with a proactive, solutions-orientated approach

Community Engagement
- Represents the company at community events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Collaborate with marketing to create community-driven sales initiatives and sponsorships
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to strengthen the brand’s presence.

Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior leadership
- Track KPI’s, including revenue targets, client retention, and community engagement metrics
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in retail, apparel, or a related industry
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executives and community leaders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for community involvement and local engagement
- Some travel will be required

- Community engagement impact (events attended, partnerships formed)
