We’re the Sales Force Development (SFD) team at HubInternational and we’re training, coaching, and developing tomorrow’s sales leaders,producers, advisors, and servicers.About the role:The Sales Performance Consultant (SPC) is recognized across Hub as a subject-matterexpert in sales training, sales enablement, and coaching. This highly experiencedprofessional works independently with minimal oversight, applying advanced knowledge toconsult with leaders, coach producers, and design and deliver innovative programs thatdirectly improve sales performance. The SPC serves as a trusted resource for bestpractices, mentors junior staff, and frequently leads initiatives that influence revenuegrowth, producer development, and organizational engagement.Responsibilities:• Expert Coaching & ConsultingProvide live and remote coaching to early- and mid-career producers and advisors.Act as an internal consultant to sales and service leadership, advising on saleseffectiveness strategies and producer development best practices.• Program LeadershipFacilitate multiple award-winning sales training programs, leveraging deep expertisein adult learning and advanced sales methodologies. Customize content based onthe unique needs of the Hub Region. Ensure facilitation aligns with corporatestrategy and regional business needs.• Regional & Corporate InitiativesPartner with C-level and regional leadership to design and deliver workshops, salescontests, leaderboards, and other interventions. Coordinate and set priorities forproject teams, ensuring successful execution against KPIs and business goals.• Mentorship & Team DevelopmentMentor junior facilitators, provide input to performance evaluations, and deliverongoing coaching and feedback to improve team engagement, skill development,and overall performance.• Continuous Improvement & InnovationMonitor training/program effectiveness, compile and analyze results, andrecommend refinements. Identify emerging needs, design new programs, andcollaborate with internal SMEs and business leaders to launch training,development, and enablement initiatives with measurable business impact.• Knowledge LeadershipStay current on advanced sales strategies, market trends, and evolving learningmethodologies. Serve as a resource for peers and leaders by sharing thoughtleadership and integrating new practices into training curricula.• Stakeholder EngagementManage communications, expectations, and internal marketing across multiplelevels of the organization. Use influence and expertise to drive alignment andadoption of initiatives within and between Hub Regions.Qualifications and Experience:• Undergraduate degree and/or 7+ years of combined experience in sales training,sales enablement, facilitation, coaching, and/or employee development.• Minimum 4 years of hands-on selling experience in Commercial Lines Insuranceand/or Employee Benefits as a validated producer within a Brokerage or Agencysetting.• Recognized as a subject-matter expert with the ability to advise, influence, and leadinitiatives in a matrixed environment.• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects and initiatives withsignificant business impact.• Strong facilitation skills with proven success applying adult learning principlesacross diverse groups.• Ability to travel up to 50%.
