**Responsibilities**
- Provide Tier II support for networking issues by working on tickets and resolving them quickly.
- Perform regular analysis of network connectivity through the LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot network devices for client base.
- Configuration of SNMP monitoring, traps, and more to support and provide implementation
- Analyze network management data and compile reports as necessary.
- Provide technical support in Routing/Switching, Firewall, VOIP and Load-balancing technologies.
- Provide expert technical assistance to clients and our Service Desk.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to clients.
- Work with ISPs and other vendors to troubleshoot issues.
- Work on-call on a rotational basis and conduct maintenance activities outside office hours occasionally.

**Experience Required**
- 5 + years working with Cisco switches and routers
- 3 + years working with firewalls. Experience in Fortinet, Cisco & Meraki is a plus.
- CCNA is required (Routing & Switching)
- CCNP Enterprise is most definitely a plus.
- Experience with Load-balancers preferably Citrix NetScaler.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communication or other VOIP technologies is a plus.
- A thorough understanding of VLANs and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.)
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting enterprise wireless solutions.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting enterprise routing and switching solutions (VRFs, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, STP, VPC, etc.)
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting VPN technologies (e.g DMVPN, IPSEC-VPN,SSL VPN etc.)
- Familiarity in scripting or programing is a plus.
- Understanding of SNMP technology and familiar with network monitoring.
- Skilled and well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
