**Your mission**

Our Human Resources department is seeking an Human Ressources Generalist for our head office in Dorval, Quebec. Reporting to the Team Leader, Human Resources, your tasks will include:

- Actively use and research specialized sites and social networks to increase recruitment opportunities;
- Effectively manage onboarding of all newly hired talent;
- Maintain personnel files, records and databases;
- Assist in the preparation and layout of contracts, letters and presentations;
- Assist in Matrox’s extensive internship program;
- Attend career days, employment fairs and other recruitment activities;
- Contribute to increasing Matrox’s visibility on the different recruitment platforms and maintain relationships with partners (universities, schools, etc...);
- Ensure company policy compliance in all areas;
- Assist employees with general HR inquiries;
- Provide the necessary administrative and organizational support to the department;
- Participate in the employee performance review process by assisting the managers and preparing objectives/corrective measures, when needed;
- Participate in special projects such as fundraising, social activities and career fairs;- Participate actively in our health and safety (SST) committee and further develop the SST corporate program;
- Perform other HR related duties, as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field;
- A minimum of two years of experience in an HR corporate environment;
- Experience with SST and CNEEST;
- Experience in all aspects of the recruitment process;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to effectively plan and manage priorities;
- Detail-oriented;
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal;
- Good team spirit and initiative.

ASSETS
- Experience in technology and/or engineering fields;
- Being a member of the Ordre des Conseillers en ressources humaines et relations industrielles agréés du Québec.
