Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Duties**

  • Provide information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Maintain accurate customer records using data entry software
  • Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs

**Skills**

  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • The position will be a Tuesday to Saturday shift
  • Tuesday - Friday 8am - 5pm, ½ hour unpaid lunch, ½ hour overtime each day.
  • Saturday 10am-3pm will be paid for 8 hours regular time.
  • Health Benefits plan paid 100% by employer after 3-month probation
  • Optional RRSP plan after 3-month probation.
