As we expand our practice, we are looking for a dedicated Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join us as a partner and help us continue to make a positive impact on our patients' lives.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive listening devices
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
- Perform hearing aid adjustments and repairs
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay current with advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in community outreach and educational events

**Requirements**:

- Audiology and Hearing Instrument specialist License of Ontario
- Strong clinical skills and experience with hearing aid fitting and dispensing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on a partnership role
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
