**What you will do**:
- Provide technical advice, system support, and troubleshooting services which optimize use of computer network services
- Route unresolved tickets to appropriate Level 2 support
- Provide initial setup of workstations, PCs, printers, and cell phones
- Deliver basic user training
- Provide on call support to branches in rotation with the team
- Other duties as assigned
**About you**:
- Post-secondary education (certificate or diploma) in a technology related field
- Previous experience in a work-related environment (Help Desk, Service Desk or Technician Services)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft certifications an asset
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint and One Drive
- Experience with macOS an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills working in team environments
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills to partner in solving problems
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proven ability to learn in a fast paced and fluid environment
