**Role: Field Service Support (FSS)**

- 8am-5pm CST)**

**Role and Responsibilities**

Shipping, Receiving and Organizational storeroom support for the Winnipeg Depot

Maintains inventory of network devices and related peripheral hardware

Documents, maintains, and keeps track of inventory

Communicating clearly in written and verbal form

Hands on support for remote network engineers for config, shipping, receiving and lab support

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Installing wires and cables as well as splice wires or cables

Support implementing/executing infrastructure-projects (small projects) only locally within the location.

50% onsite travel needed for smart hand support. Anywhere from 2 days to a week. This is a mandatory requirement

**Skills**

Basics of Networks and Cisco hardware

CCNA in Progress preferred but not a requirement

Hardware support Remote console cable, Hotspot and ability to follow remote instructions

Inventory and asset record tracking Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment and ladder up to 30 kg.

Bilingual (English and Native language)

**Experience required**:
Excellent Communication skills

CCNA in progress preferred but not required

Min 1 years of relevant experience or related courses
