**What is the role?**
- Supervise Inside Sales Team.
- Organize and coordinate Electrical Estimators’ schedules.
- Primary point of contact for all estimator team questions or concerns.
- Assist Leadership Team in recruitment, hiring, and training of new Electrical Estimators.
- Work with sales team when closing proposal requests.
- Attend project review meetings as required.

**Why You?**

You have:

- A high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Worked in customer service or sales for a minimum of 5 years.
- Supervised a team to drive for results.
- Great initiative.
- Spent a minimum of 5 years in the power systems industry, familiar with, for example, single line drawings, breaker retrofits and switchboard modifications.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Enthusiasm, and you enjoy building excellent customer and co-worker relationships.
- Excellent competence with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and similar tools.

**Salary**: $59,337.72-$95,738.57 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
