Inside Sales Representative

Bolton, Canada Roma Fence Group Full time

**Position**: Permanent Position

**Salary**: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

**Location**: Bolton, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales and ensure appropriate materials are given to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up to assure solutions
- Handle inquiries from customers through inbound calls and walk-ins
- Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote selling opportunities
- Process billing and payments
- Maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop a solution(s) to best meet their needs
- Assist with daily administrative work: data entry, filing, copying, etc.
- Assist with contract administration
- Maintain a high level of communication with all internal and external channels
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of customer service experience (within a construction environment is an asset)
- Sales experience is an asset
- A friendly and professional phone disposition
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Must have a team-oriented work approach with the ability to work independently
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00am - 2:00pm
