In this role, you will be working with the Vendors Coordinator coordinating and managing relationships with vendors participating in our events. Your efforts will help ensure that our events run smoothly and that vendors have a positive experience working with us. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in event management and vendor coordination while making a meaningful contribution to our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Outreach**: Assist in identifying, contacting, and securing vendors for participation in our events, including food, merchandise, service providers, and other relevant vendors.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing communication before, during, and after the event to ensure their needs are met.
- **Contract Management**: Help draft and manage vendor agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and properly filed.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Assist with planning and coordinating logístical details for vendors, including booth assignments, setup times, and compliance with event guidelines.
- **Onsite Support**: Provide support to vendors during the event, ensuring they have everything they need and addressing any issues that may arise.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to encourage repeat participation and foster long-term partnerships.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from vendors after the event to identify areas for improvement and enhance future vendor experiences.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with different teams team to ensure vendor needs align with overall event goals and logistics.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced event environment.
- Experience in event planning, vendor management, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace tools.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently as needed.

**Commitment**
