**Customer Relation Management (CRM) System Administrator**

MPN Capital Markets is the **fastest-growing energy brokerage** in Canada with a large book of business already in Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta, and now expanding into the US markets. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **CRM System Administrator **with at least _**two years of business reporting experience**_.

The role plays an integral part in sales and reporting of the company. The CRM System Administrator collaborates with the Sales and Management teams to develop processes and grow the business. **Think you got what is takes?**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Through teamwork and collaboration with our team you will support the positioning of MPN Capital Markets as a trusted strategic partner through frequent, timely, and accurate reporting of business development activities and efforts into the corporate CRM system.
- Update CRM system with leads, pursuits, and opportunities.
- Generate reports from CRM system to support top-line reviews with Sales team.
- Support growth with Proposal Tracker updates, and monthly forecast reports.
- Other activities as required.

**Requirements, Skills, and Competencies**:

- Must be available to work in-office (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm)
- Minimum of two years of related experience working with CRM systems, or an equivalent combination of education.
- Ability to succeed as a consultant in collaborative problem solving with teammates, clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and balance sometimes heavy workloads to achieve goals while keeping up with a highly mobile and changing environment.
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
- Detail oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results driven; prefers to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven prioritization, time management and project management skills.
- A background in sales is considered an asset
