**A Bread Affair** is looking for **full **or **part-time **Bakery Production Workers to join our amazing **Production Team **here in Langley

You will be working with a group of 6 - 7 other bakery team members as we create our daily selections of bread, buns, and other delicious baked goods. If you are someone with keen attention to detail and love to work with your hands, then this is the job for you

The **Mix Team** works from 1:30pm - 7:30pm and the rate of pay for the position is $18.50/hr. The main responsibilities for this position include closely following recipes and mixing together raw ingredients to create our specialty dough from scratch. This is the most physically intensive position that we have available in our bakery; being able to lift 50 LB bags of flour throughout the shift is a must.

The **Bench Team** works from 4:00pm - 10:00pm and the rate of pay for the position is $17.75. It is a role requiring attention to detail and processes and your main responsibilities will be molding and shaping the dough into wonderful loaves of bread and buns.

The **Oven Baking Team **works from 4:00pm - 10:00pm and the rate of pay for this position is $18.50. The main responsibilities for this job include ensuring that the bread is being baked for the right amount of time and at the right temperature.

- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to be standing/walking for long periods of time
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain deadlines
- Verbal and written communication in English
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision and follow all safety, GMP, & SOPs
- A method of transportation to get to and from the bakery
- The ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure ingredients
- Have a strong attendance/punctuality record in their previous job
- Have a positive and energetic personality and attitude
- Possess a strong work ethic with an emphasis on efficiency and quality

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
