**A Bread Affair** is looking for a **Part-time **Bakery Production Worker to join our amazing **Mix team** here in Langley

**Address: 20560 Langley Bypass Unit 309 V3A 7T1**

You will be working with a group of six (6) to seven (7) other bakery team members as we create our daily selections of gourmet bread and buns. If you are someone with keen attention to detail and love to work with your hands, this is the job for you

This is a part-time or full-time position to fill on select days throughout the week, with a typical shift time that goes from **1:30 pm - 8:00 p.m**. The main responsibilities for this position include closely following recipes and mixing together raw ingredients to create our specialty dough from scratch. This is the most physically intensive position that we have available in our bakery; being able to lift 50LB bags of flour throughout the shift is a must.

**Skill Requirement**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to be standing/walking for long periods of time
- Time management
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain deadlines
- Verbal and written communication - English
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and follow all safety, GMP & SOPs
- Able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Efficient and accurate scaling of the required ingredients

**Other Requirements**
- One (1) year of Experience in a bakery is Preferably
- Possession of Food Safe an asset
- Must be able to work one (1) weekend workday, full weekend availability an asset
