**The Opportunity**
Leavitt Machinery is looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team in Surrey, BC. As a Product Support Sales Representative, you will support interior and northern BC and will drive new sources of revenue for the Service department, through selling service agreements and managing the relationship between our customers across British Columbia and the Service department. There is a minimum travel component to this role, with the expectation that the individual will be in the field and at the branches in their territory at least 8-10 weeks per year. Building relationships with customers and local branch staff in person will be the key to success.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
As the Inside Product Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospect leads for new Parts and Service opportunities within an assigned territory
- Meet sales targets by adding accounts to maintenance programs and establishing maintenance plans for customers
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer personnel
- Work with Sales and Rental teams on parts and service-related issues
- Produce leads and opportunities for all Leavitt Machinery business units
- Track leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Travel within BC to meet with customers as required (at least 8-10 weeks per year)
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- At least one year of B2B sales experience
- Post-secondary degree of diploma, ideally in business, operations management, or related, is a strong asset
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM
- A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive, team player attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Valid driver's license

The base pay range for this role is: $42,000 to $48,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. OTE in the first year is approximately $65,000 to $75,000 and continues to grow Year over Year.
This is a **hybrid **role based in **Surrey, BC**.
