As a Social Media Video Creator and Editor, you will play a key role in developing and producing captivating video content for our TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and YouTube channels. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize, film, and edit videos that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and execute creative video ideas for TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and YouTube, aligning with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Film high-quality, on-brand videos, including product showcases, tutorials, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional contents.
- Edit videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva ) to enhance visual appeal, add effects, transitions, and optimize content for each platform's specifications.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices, implementing strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of video content and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and ensure timely delivery of video projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be comfortable shooting videos on mobile phones/cameras and constantly appearing in shoots for pictures and videos
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, TikTok app, Instagram app, etc.) and familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field is a must.
