As an Account Manager, you will be on the ground floor of a critical and growing customer connection. You will be working individually and with our expanding Business Development & Customer Success teams. Working with the guidance of the CSO and the executive team, your success will have a significant impact on the growth of our business through new customer acquisitions. The Account Manager is also expected to play a key role in analyzing successes/failures and providing ongoing feedback on product features and pricing strategy.

**You are an ideal fit for this role if you can**
- Leverage existing relationships to identify new functional teams/contacts within companies we already do business with.
- Generate new licensed users & revenue through prospecting, up-selling and cross-selling activities within specific accounts.
- Use knowledge of industry, technology, processes, and consultative sales skills to assess and educate customers on the full value-proposition or our products.
- Work with our Customer Success Manager to develop an in-depth knowledge of client’s business priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be translated into opportunities for new business.
- Advance sales campaigns in a needs-based and highly participative fashion including consultative dialog and cross-functional engagement.
- Effectively coordinate and support internal teams and supporting technical resources.
- Understand and leverage industry/market trends and complex business/finance concepts.
- Analyze and evaluate data, develop sales plans,and accurately forecast results.
- Prepare standard quotations, estimations, and proposals.
- Effectively leverage a modern approach to sales and sales operations.
- CRM knowledge and rigorous use viewed as a necessity not a burden.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 10 years account management experience. Preference in engineering, or procurement and a mix of selling Enterprise SaaS software with a knowledge of professional services.
- Your expertise is “hunting within existing accounts.”
- Proven experience in account management, generating and managing superior customer relationships and closing business by account penetration and expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Business would be helpful.
