The primary responsibility of the **Rental Coordinator** is to assist with the day to day operation of the rental counter. The Rental Coordinator is the first point of contact and represents the company to customers.

**JOB DUTIES**
- Handle incoming enquiries from new and existing customers
- Perform check in and out of rental units
- Complete and process rental agreements and required paperwork
- Work with internal departments and outside vendors to ensure maximum fleet utilization and minimize downtime
- Assist with the various other rental department duties, as required
- Training will be provided

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year vehicle rental or similar experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
