**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers and tenants, responding to inquiries and supporting promotions and marketing events for the holiday season. Shifts mostly include evenings and weekends.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Open and/or close customer service desk;
- Respond to customer and tenant inquiries (in person and phone);
- Act as liaison between customers, security, maintenance, marketing and Mall Administration;
- Management and sale of gift cards;
- Manage lost and found (ie; report log, tagging lost items);
- Manage wheelchair, walker and stroller loans;
- Assist Marketing department with execution of programs, as required;
- Other duties / projects as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience;
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and customer service focused;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Works well with mínimal supervision;
- Responsible, punctual and professional;
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
