We are looking for a **Brand Marketing Manager**to lead our marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role will primarily focus on Halifax Heat Pumps & Electrical, but you'll also handle social media and advertising for our sister company **Skyline Construction Group,**helping to grow its brand alongside ours. If you're a creative and strategic marketing pro who loves to seeing your work make an impact, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management** - Create, post, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for both companies. Monitor and respond to comments and messages, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- **Advertising & Lead Generation** - Design and post ads for both brands, track performance, and adjust campaigns to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- **Brand & Event Marketing** - Develop marketing materials for events, sales booths, contests, giveaways, large-format banners, and vehicle wraps to make sure both brands stand out.
- **Website & Digital Presence** - Update and maintain company websites in WordPress, manage Google My Business, and respond to customer inquiries.
- **Agency & Vendor Coordination** - Work with external partners on projects including website updates, advertising campaigns, and co-op marketing initiatives for both companies.
- **Project Management** - Utilize Trello to create workflows, streamline processes, and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for project management tools.
- **Additional Marketing Initiatives** - Assist with presentations, digital backgrounds, and other creative marketing projects as assigned.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, and brand development.
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, Trello, and digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
