The Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in creating the elevated experience for our clients by building relationships to individualize our services, optimize bookings through careful management of our systems, thoughtfully working through all situations with exceptional communication, and bringing welcoming vibes to everyone we connect with.
**Core Competencies required for this role**:
- Meticulous Understanding of Processes: Demonstrates a thorough and accurate grasp of booking and client management processes.
- Detail-Oriented: Maintains high standards when managing client interactions and bookings. Providing an experience that meets client needs and North’s standards.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Clearly articulates information, listens actively, and effectively addresses client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Works effectively with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that strengthens the brand and client experience.
- Commitment to Continuous Learning: Actively seeks opportunities for skill development and incorporates new knowledge into daily work to improve client care quality.
**Position Details**:
**Job Type**: Part-Time, 1.5 days a week (Sundays and Thursday Closing), with the flexibility to provide additional coverage.
**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
**Benefits**: Enrolment in the Employee Appreciation Program
**Experience**: Customer service: 3 years (required) (note that this does not require previous medical office/reception experience)
