**What you will do**:

- Oversee the order fulfillment process from start to finish, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, including management of 3PLs and wholesale process.
- Monitor order processing to identify any issues and take corrective action as needed
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that products are stored and handled in a safe and efficient manner
- Work with the customer service team to address any customer concerns related to order fulfillment
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the fulfillment process
- Ensure that all orders are shipped on time and to the correct destination
- Monitor performance metrics related to order fulfillment and take corrective action as needed
- Inventory management working with inventory management systems (IMSs)
- Oversee a team of fulfillment associates and provide coaching and training as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the fulfillment process

**What we need from you**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a fulfillment management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with order management systems and warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Available to travel between our locations

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
