Working as a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that meets their goals and objectives together. As a team, we strive to provide customers with the best experience by fulfilling orders as quickly and accurately as possible.

Our Fulfillment Manager, along with highly skilled team members, will provide coaching and guidance to ensure you will be successful in your role. You will be participating in a highly organized training that will be customized to your level of knowledge. You will have a great support system from your colleagues.

**What your day will look like**:

- Coordinate full-cycle fulfillment of customer orders
- Place orders with vendors
- Proactively manage and monitor order status while providing updates to all stakeholders
- Act as liaison between Customer Service, and Procurement and/or Logistics departments
- Serve as a point of contact for orders submitted by customers through Customer Service
- Complete special projects when assigned

**About you**:

- Bilingual but must be an excellent communicator, verbally and written English
- Highly motivated by a fast-paced environment
- At ease with different tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations), Great Plains, CRM, Excel, etc.
- Organized, detail oriented and at comfortable working with various processes
- Positive, assertive, confident, competitive with a tenacious attitude

**Great if you have**:

- Previous experience in supply chain or purchasing environment
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in customer orders and supporting documentation

**Votre profil**:

- Bilingue, mais doit être un excellent communicateur, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en anglais
- Hautement motivé par un milieu au rythme effréné
- À l’aise avec différents outils, comme Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finances et Opérations), Great Plains, logiciel de GRC, Excel, etc.
- Organisé, soucieux des détails et à l’aise pour prendre en charge différents processus
- Positif, sûr de soi, confiant, compétitif avec une attitude tenace

**Encore mieux si vous possédez ces atouts**:

- Expérience préalable dans un milieu de chaîne logistique ou d’approvisionnement
- Capacité à cerner et résoudre les divergences entre les commandes des clients et les documents justificatifs
