We are Reliable Electric, a custom residential and commercial electrical contractor focused on building the most camaraderic and dependable team of electricians. We have a fantastic customer base and many long-term employees after being in business for over 27 years. However, we are still a small company with about 30 team-orientated employees but are currently forecasting at least a 25% growth this year. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

As the Project Coordinator on our team, you will be supporting the administration of projects and monitoring projects to ensure operational success. You will oversee and help manage operational processes core to our success including asset tracking, inventory, supplier purchases, permit tracking, billing, and long-term schedule. You will report to the Director of Operations, but also work closely with Project Managers and the General Manager to provide support where required and to maintain accurate project information in our systems. You will be reporting full-time to our office in North Vancouver.

**About You**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (preferred)
- Minimum two years' experience in a North American construction company in a project coordination or project management role overseeing multiple projects at a time
- Ability to read and draw conclusions from financial reporting, operational reporting, and raw data
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Advanced knowledge and ability in Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
