Trident Naval Systems of Canada Inc is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the project team. This position will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Coordinators within Trident Naval Systems of Canada Inc.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and Trident Naval Systems of Canada Inc personnel in a professional manner
- Coordinate project tasks with clients regarding project status and deliverables
- Assist in the preparation of project documents, including but not limited to, blueprints, purchase orders, and purchase order change orders
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports
- Prepare materials for pick-up or delivery as needed by date/time specified in job bid request
- Coordinating crane & equipment rentals
- Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager or Project Coordinator

**Education/Experience/Skills/Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Must have strong work ethics, be well organized and a self-starter
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications preferred.

- North Vancouver, BC V7P 3N4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
