- Audit preparation, audit reports and compile data
- Coordinating with Clients and internal departments
- Completing Driver Qualification Files
- Insurance Claims
- Review meetings
- Assist in completing Maintenance files
- Filing and presenting data
- Updating online software as and when required
- Completing drug & alcohol program as required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Must be able to interact and communicate with customers and management at all levels in a professional manner
- Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Consistently meets deadlines within a fast paced work environment
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
- Good computer skills including MS Office
- Able to plan and audit
- Willing to learn
- Additional duties as required
