The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and motivated, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff on the floor.
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Monitor and control stock levels.
- Train, motivate, and develop staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage customer complaints and queries.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Experience Required**:
2 years in a restaurant set up at supervisor/manager position

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M4Y 1W9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (required)
