Product Manager

As a Product Manager for Content Creator Journey, you will play a central role in shaping the vision that guides the future of our globally recognized brands. You will be responsible for understanding, defining and optimizing the content creator experience for hundreds of thousands of content creators that power our products for millions of users across the world. You will leverage your deep understanding of user behavior to maximize creators experience, revenues and platform adoption. You will utilize this understanding to drive overall user engagement and retention on our video-sharing platform, creating value for the company thought enhanced creator's experience.

**What you will be doing**:

- Be a passionate advocate for a great user journey, continuously seeking to improve the user experience and engagement.
- Developing a deep understanding of Content Creator journey - their needs, challenges and objectives
- Define content creator personas and their users journeys, working closely with design, content, products, engineering teams and the content creator team.
- Create a compelling vision for the next generation of content creator journey, leveraging your deep understanding of user preferences and behaviors.
- Define our user journey for content creator, identify key problems and opportunities, and collaborate with products and engineers to brainstorm and design appropriate solutions.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success and health, continuously iterating on the product to drive improvements.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate and help the product roadmap for content creator, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact that will increase the retention,
- Be an articulate and persuasive communicator, both as a writer and a speaker, using data to support your arguments.

**What you will need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on user journey optimization
- Experience as a Content Creator on a video sharing platform OR social network.
- Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with teams in Content, Design, Product and Engineering.
- Passion for creating a great consumer experience.
- Strong proficiency with data, with experience leveraging data to drive product decisions.
- Experience with data visualization tool Looker
- User-centered, design-thinking mindset, with the ability to bridge technical and business worlds.
- Strong vision and intuition on customer problems and needs.
